You can have the services of an HR manager without
having to employ an HR department.
OnSite HR provides a regular and consistent compliance, for managers, supervisors, and staff, to have access to expert consulting, coaching, and counsel on employment related issues. This allows these issues to be dealt with before they become problems – a little preventative medicine.
Services include
- Develop and implement HR systems and policy.
