With more than 20 years experience in all facets of Human Resource management, Toni specializes in developing effective employee practices. She then works as a business partner with her clients to ensure effective implementation of these practices. Toni is a published author within the field of Human Resource as well as a speaker and trainer for companies, organizations, and associations.
Andie Creamer, CHRS with more than 17 years management experience including human resource management, has extensive knowledge of the day to day human resource challenges that businesses face. Her areas of focus are employee relations, benefit administration, policy development, compliance, unemployment claims and personnel file management.
She has a bachelors of Arts and Science degree from Michigan State University, school of social work. She received her Certified Human Resource Specialist (CHRS) certification from MSU, school of Labor and Industrial Relations.
Catherine A. TerBush has been working with Human Resource Management Services, LLC for over 10 years as a Consultant. She has over 20 years experience as a Human Resource and Management professional in various corporate capacities. Her areas of expertise include employment relations, recruitment, training, and the researching, writing and development of employee handbooks, job descriptions and other types of HR documents. Cathy holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Human Resource Management/Management from Oakland University.
